An older steward at a heavy wooden table writing in an open ledger; a small wooden cross laid next to the columns; warm morning window light. Honest accounting as worship.

Donate

Give to the mission.

A donation today supports the community in formation and the work it sends out — missionaries by name, service programs, partner ministries. The flywheel is the same whether you donate directly or buy from the shop: 50% or more of net flows out as mission giving, with public accounting.

Not yet tax-deductible. The IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter is not yet in hand. Your gift is appreciated; we will not call it a deduction until the letter exists.

Minimum $1. Maximum $10,000 per single gift.

Where the money goes

Every donation enters the same flywheel as a product purchase. From net donation after Stripe processing fees:

  • Mission giving (target 50%+): direct missionary support (named families), service programs (Feed-the-Homeless, guest house, prison ministry), and partner ministries (rotating, reviewed annually by the Elders).
  • Operations of the community: grounds, utilities, maintenance, modest public salaries.
  • Reserve: capped at 12 months of operating expenses; excess flows to mission.

When The Send launches, every donor will be able to look up their own contribution to the flow — not as a tax line, but as a witness: this is what your money did.

Other ways to give

  • By mail: Hallelujah Hills, [address coming with the site selection].
  • Restricted gifts (a specific missionary or program): contact us and we will route the gift accordingly.
  • Recurring donations: coming in Phase D, alongside the full Send dashboard. For now, a one-time gift is the simplest path.
